Program Overview
Restoring Confidence, Health and Hope for Young Mothers
The Teen Mothers & Adolescent Wellness Program supports young mothers and adolescents through dignity-first health education, psychosocial guidance, maternal wellness support, and safe linkages to care.
The program is designed to reduce stigma, encourage healthy choices, strengthen confidence, and help young mothers continue their journey with support, respect, and hope.

How the Program Works
From Stigma to Support
We create safe spaces, provide education, connect young mothers to care, and support dignity-centered follow-up where possible.
Reach
We identify and reach young mothers or adolescent groups through community networks.
Educate
We provide youth-friendly health education, maternal wellness guidance, and awareness.
Support
We encourage psychosocial support, dignity, confidence, and care-seeking behavior.
Connect
We help link young mothers to care pathways, partners, and follow-up support.
Why It Matters
Young Mothers Deserve Dignity, Support and a Future
Teen mothers and adolescents often face stigma, isolation, fear, interrupted education, and limited access to reliable health information. Support helps them regain confidence, protect their health, and build a stronger future for themselves and their children.
